SG Business Brand ("SG Business Brand", "we", "us" or "our") is a brand operated by IT SOLUTION PTE. LTD. (UEN 201216738N), a company registered in Singapore with its registered address at 51 Goldhill Plaza #07-07, Singapore 308900. "BusinessWithTom" is also a brand of IT SOLUTION PTE. LTD..
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://www.sgbusinessbrand.com (the "Site") and our services. By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. What we do
SG Business Brand is a business-discovery directory. Our role is to improve the online visibility of listed businesses (SEO, AEO and GEO), to help visitors discover businesses by location, category and genuine service coverage, and to provide performance reporting to business clients. We do not provide, operate, endorse or handle the products, services, leads or transactions of listed businesses.
2. Listing options & our services
Businesses may appear as a Free Verified Listing or upgrade to an Enhanced Listing or Managed Visibility. Features by tier — which may include a fuller profile, images, services and pricing guidance, FAQs, enquiry and WhatsApp actions, priority placement in relevant towns and categories, and performance reporting — are described on our Listing Options page. Pricing is provided on a "contact for quotation" basis unless otherwise stated. Managed Visibility is a higher-value digital-growth service (website improvement, search optimisation, content, conversion tracking, virtual tours and lead-enquiry automation) provided under our BusinessWithTom brand — see Managed Visibility. Not every Enhanced listing includes these services.
3. Listings, claims & accuracy
Businesses and their representatives are responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness and rights to any information they submit, and for keeping it up to date. You may claim or request changes to a listing through the Site; we may verify, amend, decline or remove listings at our discretion. A "verified" status reflects only a limited internal check and is not a guarantee.
4. Enquiries
Enquiries submitted on a listing are delivered to the listed business, which is solely responsible for responding and for its own products and services. SG Business Brand is not a party to that relationship. How we handle enquiry data is set out in our Privacy & Data Protection Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including: scraping or bulk-extracting data; sending spam or fraudulent enquiries; attempting to gain unauthorised access; uploading unlawful, infringing or malicious content; or using the Site in breach of any applicable law. We may restrict or suspend access for misuse.
6. Intellectual property
The Site, its design, text and software are owned by IT SOLUTION PTE. LTD. or its licensors and are protected by law. Business names, logos and content belong to their respective owners. You may not copy or reuse the Site's content except as permitted by law or with our written consent.
7. Third-party content & links
The Site displays third-party business information and links to external sites and channels which we do not control and do not warrant. Your use of them is at your own risk.
8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Site and directory information are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind (see our Disclaimer). To the maximum extent permitted by law, IT SOLUTION PTE. LTD. and its brands are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, loss of profits, data or goodwill, or for your dealings with any listed business. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Singapore law.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify IT SOLUTION PTE. LTD. against claims, losses and costs arising from your misuse of the Site or breach of these Terms.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms or the Site's features at any time. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
